Lube Filters

Lube Filters

A clean lubrication is required for the smooth operation of all moving parts in the engine. The main task of the lube filter is to clean the pollutant particles in the oil circulating in the system and to minimize the wear inside the engine.

Oil without an effective filtering process causes high fuel consumption, difficulty in starting, noisy operation, and excessive oil consumption.

The lube filter effectively cleans the oil supplied to the turbo system operating at high pressures and prevents a possible malfunction.

The bypass valve in the lube filter activates when the engine is started or in case the lube filter is clogged due to excessive contamination and ensures the continuity of the oil flow in the system.

An effective lube filter accomplishes an optimum balance between capacity, efficiency, and flow restriction.

Lube filters, which play an important role in the life span of the engine, should be replaced with new ones at the intervals specified by the manufacturer.
