Fuel Filter
To comply with current emission regulations, injection systems have to perform much cleaner combustion. In addition, new generation injection systems can suffer serious damage from even a 4-micron particle.
The task of fuel filters is to clean the polluting factors in the fuel and send clean fuel to the engine combustion chambers.
In cases where the fuel filter is not changed regularly, problems such as serious loss of engine power and damage to the injection system may occur.
Separation of the water in the fuel is critical. Fuel water separators and fuel filters separate the water in the fuel, extending the injection lifetime considerably.
There are several types of fuel filtration products such as spin-on filters, element filters, and fuel water separator filters.
Fuel filters that ensure the smooth operation of the injection system should be replaced with new ones at the intervals specified by the manufacturer.
